Sarah Thomas is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified Personal Trainer and a Forging Elite Level 1 CrossFit Trainer.
She has always been very athletic but did not really begin assessing her nutritional needs till 2010. Since then, she has realized how important it is to eat properly along with a good training program.
While serving in the military she was assigned the duties as a Health Promotional Coordinator from 2008-2014. She designed individual nutritional plans along with specific exercise routines dependent on the member’s personal needs.
She received her Level 1 CrossFit Certification in 2011. Here she began training overseas active duty military personnel.
She competed in her first two Figure Competitions in November 2013. Placing in both competitions, she took home one 1st place trophy for the Armed Forces Division.
She is a fitness model and has been on the cover of Motorcycle Events magazine and in numerous other publications.
It is her desire to assist others in reaching their goals and solidifying the aspirations they never realized were possible. Her approach to building confidence is through a combined knowledge and better understanding of fitness and nutrition.
